MK Dons Sports and Education Trust (SET) is looking for someone who is keen to make a difference working with our exciting sports and education charity. As Administrative Officer you will be at the heart of everything that we do at SET from first point of contact with the public, to helping take bookings and collecting information from teams for our funders.
Based at Stadium MK you will work with all SET staff to ensure the smooth running of the office and help keep coaches mobile with our fleet of vehicles and equipment.
We are looking for someone who is calm under pressure, is good at managing their time and can find solutions to day to day challenges to create a clear and easy to use system of communication for coaches and the public. At times you will be asked to carryout tasks outside of the job description as new work areas arrive and so we need someone who is willing to get involved and help SET make a difference to communities across Milton Keynes.

MK Dons Sports and Education Trust (SET) are recruiting customer services/ facilities officer to join our team supporting the supervision and management of the Brooklands, Fairfields and Woughton on the Green facilities.
As Duty Officer for MK Dons SET you will be responsible for the customer liaison, equipment management, opening and closing of facilities, testing and reporting to meet regulatory requirements, as well as tasks to support maintenance of facilities.
The role will require working across all facilities (Brooklands, Fairfields and Woughton on the Green) to meet the business needs.
Head of Community Football Development

MK Dons Sports and Education Trust (SET) is recruiting for an experienced Head of Community Football to join our team, overseeing MK Dons SET excellent Womens First Team who play in the Southern National Womens League, and our Girls and Boys pathways for Milton Keynes.
As a Head of Community Football for MK Dons SET you will lead the following teams:
• MK Dons Womens Staff Team
• Girls Pathway including Emerging Talent Centre, Advanced, Academy and U23 Development
• Boys Advanced
• Boys Centre of Excellence
You will provide strategic leadership to heads of each pathway and ensure that high quality provision is in place within policies and procedures as laid down by MK Dons SET and FA.
You will oversee the teams budget development and monitoring, coaches’ performance and player and parent care for the department. This will involve CPD and coach development across the Community Football Department.
You will also ensure that your teams carry out vigorous plans to maximise opportunities and minimise risk whilst you will lead on establishing efficient and effective methods to motivate and develop your team to achieve success.
