We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and player-focused coach to join our Girls Talent Pathway coaching team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the development of talented female players within a structured and progressive football environment.

The successful candidate will work within the Girls Talent Pathway, delivering high-quality coaching sessions and supporting matchday programmes to help players reach their full potential. You will contribute to creating a positive learning environment that aligns with our coaching philosophy, values, and long-term player development objectives.

Training sessions are primarily delivered on Monday and Friday evenings, with fixtures and additional activities taking place throughout the season, including school holiday periods.

We are looking for a friendly, professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join our Front Office team.

Reporting to the Assistant Reception Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, delivering a warm welcome and ensuring every stay begins and ends with an exceptional experience. You'll be responsible for carrying out check-ins and check-outs efficiently, responding to guest enquiries, handling reservations and supporting the day-to-day operation of the Front Desk.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with colleagues across the hotel to ensure our guests receive outstanding service throughout their stay while maintaining Hilton brand standards.

Key responsibilities include welcoming guests, processing arrivals and departures, responding to guest enquiries and feedback, handling telephone calls, promoting hotel facilities and services, maintaining accurate records, reporting maintenance and security issues, supporting VIP guest experiences, processing lost property and working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service.

Football Operations Officer

We are looking for an organised, proactive and enthusiastic Football Operations Officer to provide operational support across our Boys' and Girls' Football Pathway and wider Football Development department.

This is a varied and rewarding role responsible for ensuring our football programmes run smoothly, supporting the coordination of fixtures, festivals, football camps, coach development and player administration. You'll work closely with coaches, parents, players, referees and external partners to deliver a high-quality experience for everyone involved.

Working as part of the Football Development team, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day organisation of our football programmes, helping us grow participation and deliver outstanding community football opportunities across Milton Keynes.

events. You will oversee facilities management, health and safety compliance, contractor
management, asset maintenance and operational planning while promoting a positive safety culture
across the organisation.
