Education Coach

Your primary role is to inspire and empower young minds through sport. You will uphold high standards of delivery, compliance and professionalism but also play a pivotal role in fostering the core values that define us as an organisation. You will be responsible for the enrichment delivery of the Football and Education Programmes. Equally to actively work alongside the schoolteachers uphold the importance of daily academic lessons.
Additional responsibilities to this, the education coach will be planning, promoting, monitoring and evaluating the activities that are delivered, as well as creating a positive programme culture and sustaining relationships with key stakeholders.

Girls Pathway Casual Coach

To coach within our Emerging Talent Centre (U9-U11) on a Monday and Friday evenings. Role includes planning, delivery and review of high-quality technical sessions to our talent pathway players. Work as part of a coaching team including Assistant Coaches, S&C Coaches, Physio and GK Coaches to best support your players individual development.
As part of the role, there will be potential opportunities within our Girls Academy setup.

Cleaning Supervisor

Deputising, in the absence of the Cleaning Manager to help maintain an efficient team. Covering Matches/ Events with in the Stadium.

Safety & Security Steward

Managing customers and incidents during events at Stadium MK or Milton Keynes Dons Sports and Education Trust external locations.
Control entry / exit and movement of people at events and during rigging and de-rigging allocated shifts.
Monitor spectators and deal with crowd problems (including managing conflict).
Support the work of the safety and security team and Stadium MK with incidents and emergencies.

Stadium Network Engineer

The Stadium Network Engineer role is responsible for ensuring all business-as-usual systems are kept operational by working with internal and external IT stakeholders, ensuring fully functioning IT infrastructure and suite of network applications and devices to support the organisation. Input into the design of systems architecture, including ensuring that all integrations are stable, and that full documentation exists to support and explain our infrastructure. This role will support the Group Head of Technology in looking at opportunities wherever possible to simplify systems, reduce unnecessary complexity always with a view to improving the efficiency of people, processes, and systems in use across the organisation.
