Assisting Cleaning Manager. Supervision of all staff day-to-day. To provide a high standard of cleaning.
Deputising, in the absence of the Cleaning Manager to help maintain an efficient team. Covering Matches/ Events with in the Stadium.

To ensure all guests receive outstanding customer service whilst delivering the Hilton vision “To fill the earth with light and warmth of hospitality

Managing customers and incidents during events at Stadium MK or Milton Keynes Dons Sports and Education Trust external locations.
Control entry / exit and movement of people at events and during rigging and de-rigging allocated shifts.
Monitor spectators and deal with crowd problems (including managing conflict).
Support the work of the safety and security team and Stadium MK with incidents and emergencies.

To support the Site Manager by keeping the designated workspace clear of debris and keep in the area clean and tidy to ensure a safe working environment. All building materials will be transported and stored in the designated areas by the Site Manager. To carry tasks as requested by the Site Manager and to correct standard and following all safety instructions.

To assist the running of the car parks at Stadium MK on Matchdays/Event Days. You will be assisting customers in parking their vehicles and making it easy as possible to enter and exit the site.

To ensure day to day cleaning of guest bedrooms ensuring that the needs of the business are met in line with brand and company standards and legal requirements.

The Stadium Network Engineer role is responsible for ensuring all business-as-usual systems are kept operational by working with internal and external IT stakeholders, ensuring fully functioning IT infrastructure and suite of network applications and devices to support the organisation. Input into the design of systems architecture, including ensuring that all integrations are stable, and that full documentation exists to support and explain our infrastructure. This role will support the Group Head of Technology in looking at opportunities wherever possible to simplify systems, reduce unnecessary complexity always with a view to improving the efficiency of people, processes, and systems in use across the organisation.

To provide strategic and operational leadership for safeguarding across the Academy, Community Trust, Men’s First Team, Women’s First Team, and wider business operations. To embed a proactive safeguarding culture that ensures safe, inclusive, and positive environments for children, young people, and adults at risk.

To contribute to the development, maintenance and preparation of the sports playing surfaces and facilities to the highest possible standards across all sites. Assist in the operations of the Grounds Maintenance department and oversee the daily maintenance and preparation of sites. Deputise in the absence of a Deputy Head of Grounds and contribute to planning and execution.

To use various equipment and chemicals to clean areas to a high standard and in a timely manner as instructed by the Manager whilst abiding to all Health and Safety requirements.
