Facilities Officer

Milton Keynes Dons Community Trust are recruiting customer services/ facilities officer to join our team supporting the supervision and management of the Brooklands Community Hub, Fairfield’s Sports Hub, Woughton on the Green Sports Pavilion and Tattenhoe Sports Pavilion.
As Duty Officer for The Community Trust, you will be responsible for the Café services, customer liaison, equipment management, opening and closing of facilities, testing and reporting to meet regulatory requirements, as well as tasks to support maintenance and housekeeping of facilities.
The role will require working across all facilities (Brooklands, Fairfield’s, Woughton on the Green and Tattenhoe Sports Pavilion) to meet the business needs.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Facilities Operations Lead to lead the safe, efficient
and compliant operation of our facilities, grounds, sports pitches, buildings and community sites.

This is a key role responsible for ensuring our facilities remain safe, well-maintained and fit for
purpose, supporting the delivery of a wide range of community programmes, sporting activities and
events. You will oversee facilities management, health and safety compliance, contractor
management, asset maintenance and operational planning while promoting a positive safety culture
across the organisation.

The role includes linen processing, laundry support, deep cleaning tasks, and responding to guest requests in a professional and timely manner.

We are seeking hands-on Housekeeping Assistants to join our busy housekeeping team on a casual basis, supporting a 304-bedroom hotel operation. The role will provide cover as required on an ad hoc basis, helping to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel.
You will play a role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across guest bedrooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas. Duties will include servicing guest rooms, linen processing, laundry support, deep cleaning tasks, and responding to guest requests in a professional and timely manner. You will work as part of a team to ensure all areas of the hotel are maintained to a high standard, contributing to a positive guest experience at all times.
