To contribute to the development, maintenance and preparation of the sports playing surfaces and facilities to the highest possible standards across all sites. To be able to answer appeals in line with the British Parking Association the Private Parking Sector Single Code of Practice (the code), good knowledge of the terms and conditions set out by MK1 Parking, good attention to detail and patient to complete a thorough investigation process, covering all points raised within the appeal. Must be organised to ensure all responses are heard in line with the code and the appeal charter.

To assist the Parking Enforcement Manager in the day to day running of the office completing all the administrative tasks required to process parking charge notices (PCN) and dealing with complaints & escalations.

To assist the running of the car parks at Stadium MK on Matchdays/Event Days. You will be assisting customers in parking their vehicles and making it easy as possible to enter and exit the site.

To prepare and cook food for our guests to an exceptional level.

Managing customers and incidents during events at Stadium MK or Milton Keynes Dons Sports and Education Trust external locations.
Control entry / exit and movement of people at events and during rigging and de-rigging allocated shifts.
Monitor spectators and deal with crowd problems (including managing conflict).
Support the work of the safety and security team and Stadium MK with incidents and emergencies.
