To contribute to the development, maintenance and preparation of the sports playing surfaces and facilities to the highest possible standards across all sites. Assist in the operations of the Grounds Maintenance department and oversee the daily maintenance and preparation of sites. Deputise in the absence of a Deputy Head of Grounds and contribute to planning and execution.

Your primary role is to inspire and empower young minds through sport. You will uphold high standards of delivery, compliance and professionalism but also play a pivotal role in fostering the core values that define us as an organisation. You will be responsible for the enrichment delivery of the Football and Education Programmes. Equally to actively work alongside the schoolteachers uphold the importance of daily academic lessons.

Additional responsibilities to this, the education coach will be planning, promoting, monitoring and evaluating the activities that are delivered, as well as creating a positive programme culture and sustaining relationships with key stakeholders.

Assisting Cleaning Manager. Supervision of all staff day-to-day. To provide a high standard of cleaning.
Deputising, in the absence of the Cleaning Manager to help maintain an efficient team. Covering Matches/ Events with in the Stadium.

Ensure the delivery of Catering & Hospitality services and DoubleTree Hilton standards throughout Stadium MK on behalf of MK B&B.

To ensure all guests receive outstanding customer service whilst delivering the Hilton vision “To fill the earth with light and warmth of hospitality

To assist the Parking Enforcement Manager in the day to day running of the office completing all the administrative tasks required to process parking charge notices (PCN) and dealing with complaints & escalations.

To work across the Female pathway including women’s. Supporting within a coaching team tasked with coaching and developing players within the girls and women’s talent pathway.

To support the Site Manager by keeping the designated workspace clear of debris and keep in the area clean and tidy to ensure a safe working environment. All building materials will be transported and stored in the designated areas by the Site Manager. To carry tasks as requested by the Site Manager and to correct standard and following all safety instructions.

To coach within our Emerging Talent Centre (U9-U11) on a Monday and Friday evenings. Role includes planning, delivery and review of high-quality technical sessions to our talent pathway players. Work as part of a coaching team including Assistant Coaches, S&C Coaches, Physio and GK Coaches to best support your players individual development.

As part of the role, there will be potential opportunities within our Girls Academy setup.
