We are seeking an ambitious, creative and commercially driven Group Head of Marketing & Communications to lead and deliver all marketing, media, communications and brand activity across the Club and wider Group businesses.
This is a senior leadership role reporting to our Group CEO, Neil Hart, responsible for driving audience growth, supporter engagement, brand awareness and commercial performance through innovative and impactful communication strategies. The successful candidate will oversee all external and internal communications, digital platforms and content production, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand presence across every touchpoint.
As well as driving the football, the role will also play a key part in supporting wider Group operations including hospitality, events, partnerships, community initiatives and venue activity.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Facilities Operations Lead to lead the safe, efficient
and compliant operation of our facilities, grounds, sports pitches, buildings and community sites.

This is a key role responsible for ensuring our facilities remain safe, well-maintained and fit for
purpose, supporting the delivery of a wide range of community programmes, sporting activities and
events. You will oversee facilities management, health and safety compliance, contractor
management, asset maintenance and operational planning while promoting a positive safety culture

Milton Keynes Dons Community Trust are recruiting customer services/ facilities officer to join our team supporting the supervision and management of the Brooklands Community Hub, Fairfield’s Sports Hub, Woughton on the Green Sports Pavilion and Tattenhoe Sports Pavilion.

As Facility Officer for The Community Trust, you will be responsible for the Café services, customer liaison, equipment management, opening and closing of facilities, testing and reporting to meet regulatory requirements, as well as tasks to support maintenance and housekeeping of facilities.
The role will require working across all facilities (Brooklands, Fairfield’s, Woughton on the Green and Tattenhoe Sports Pavilion) to meet the business needs.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised and proactive Degree Programme Mentor to join our Education Department.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting students enrolled on our Higher Education and Degree programmes by providing academic, pastoral and professional mentoring throughout their learner journey. Alongside mentoring responsibilities, the post-holder will coordinate the operational delivery, administration, monitoring and reporting of the EFL Joy of Moving programme, ensuring high-quality delivery and measurable impact against funding requirements.
