AV & IT Technician
We are looking for an experienced AV (IT) technician to set up and operate AV technology for live
events.
You will work as part of a small IT & AV Team, you will be responsible to lead the AV function for the entire Stadium
MK business. As part of the wider IT team, you may be required to handle IT calls and generally help with day-to-day
support queries.
The role will require you to work, home matchdays and events, this could require the need to provide out of hours
hands on support to clients

2nd Line – Technical Analyst
The 2nd Line Technical Analyst will provide 2nd line support to users by investigating and resolving
technology issues which have been escalated by the 1st Line Help Desk Analyst. The 2nd Line Technical Analyst will
support the technical resolution of all escalated issues. Will be required to take an active/lead role in Stadium
planning and supporting desktop technology, servers and applications.
The role will include working outside normal business hours to support major events and Football matches.

Introduction
MK Dons SET is looking to appoint an experienced, outgoing, self-organised development worker - able to coordinate, inspire, motivate and develop other people’s potential and involvement in the delivery of Big Local’s vision for Conniburrow working in conjunction with Conniburrow Big Local Development Board.
Aim of Big Local Conniburrow:
‘To transform Conniburrow into a place where people choose to live and stay for a long time, to support residents to build a proud, empowered and cohesive community where strong and positive relationships are developed regardless or background or circumstances - simply to be Conniburrow and Proud’
The post is funded by Big Local Conniburrow and the key tasks centre around the delivery of the area plan, with the post holder being employed and supported by Milton Keynes Dons Sports Education Trust.
The post will be fixed to term until August 2025. The role will involve flexible working (including some evenings and weekends)

Academy Goalkeeping Coach
MK Dons Academy are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and innovative football coach to fulfil the role of Academy goalkeeper coach. The successful candidate will have good technical and tactical knowledge and be able to demonstrate understanding of the relationship between goalkeepers and outfield players across the Academy pathway (Under 9 to Under 18). The role requires the ability to create strong links with lead coaches and senior coaching staff. With the ability to individualise your coaching style to suit the players you are working with to enhance the role of our goalkeepers and how they play within the playing philosophy. The successful applicant will possess or be working towards a UEFA B licence coaching qualification and be prepared to attend specific courses working up to the UEFA B licence goalkeeping qualification to address any existing skills gap.

Volunteer Academy Coach
MK Dons Academy are seeking to recruit and train highly motivated, passionate, and friendly football enthusiasts who are seeking to establish a career in professional coaching. The ideal candidate will be familiar with the FA coach education pathway and be seeking opportunities to gather important coaching experience at an innovative and forward-thinking club. The coach selected for the role would be offered bespoke coach development and a route towards obtaining their UEFA B coaching certificate. The role will be tailored around the candidates’ strengths and career pathway. Appropriate support and mentoring will be offered by both the FA and our own coaching department.
