MK Dons and the Stadium MK Group was proud to host the first-ever Grand Iftar with over 1,000 people in attendance. Stadium MK, home to Milton Keynes Dons, proudly hosted the Grand Iftar on Sunday 10th March. The Islamic event marks the breaking of fast (Iftar) at sunset during Ramadan. A large-scale communal meal takes place with prayer and activities to focus on bringing people together and promote community spirit. Over 1,000 people were in attendance, making it the largest Grand Iftar event ever to be held in the Milton Keynes community, which was supported by MK Dons SET’s community outreach programme.

After attending the Grand Iftar at Stadium MK, the ‘Mubarak Moments Team’ said:
“This event was more than just a meal, it was about bringing communities together, fostering unity and creating lasting memories. None of this would have been possible without the generosity from MK Dons and belief in what we set out to achieve. “From providing the space to ensuring everything ran smoothly behind the scenes, the professionalism and support around Stadium MK was truly exceptional. “On behalf of the entire Mubarak Moments Team, we would like to extend our deepest gratitude for the unwavering support, making the Grand Iftar at MK Dons’ Stadium a reality. “We look forward to building on this relationship and working together on even greater initiatives in the future.”
