To support the campaign MK Dons are getting involved by putting together a week of activity commencing Saturday 27th February.
TALKING MENTAL HEALTH
Tuesday 2 March from 9.30am
We are in a new world environment right now and we may be experiencing challenges. We all have up days and down days and sometimes we may not be aware of how our mental health can be affected.
Join us for our 45 minute mental health and wellbeing session. Intu Veritas will be delivering the session and there will be plenty of interaction including time for questions.
Breakdown of sessions:
- 9.30am to 10.30am - 19-30 year-olds
- 11am to 12pm - 31-45 year-olds
- 3.30pm-4.30pm - 46+
- 6pm to 7pm - 6-11 year-olds
- 7.30pm to 8.30pm - 12-18 year-olds
