A number of youngsters have met the England Under 21s at Stadium MK ahead of the England U21s vs Austria clash this evening.
The children all entered a competition to win the chance to spend the afternoon meeting the Young Lions and watching them train in preparation for their game tonight.
During their visit at Stadium MK the children were able to enter a further competition, which if they won, meant they'll be taking a penalty on the pitch at half-time against one of the 3 Lions Mascots.
Not only would they be able to tell all their friends that they had played on the same pitch as some of the best young talent in the country but they would also get tickets to watch England v Montenegro at Wembley Stadium for taking part.
Both the children and parents enjoyed the afternoon thoroughly and the feedback came flooding in after, including the following comments;
"Thank you Stadium MK. Dylan had a great time and loved meeting all the players."
"Ditto, it was an amazing experience for my son! Thank you Stadium MK!"
"Just a quick email to say thank you to everyone for this afternoon. Everyone made us feel very welcome. Matthew and I had a great time."
Tickets for tonight's Under-21s clash can be purchased on the day.
Cash only from the ticket booths, while card payments are being accepted in the Club Superstore.
