Stadium MK is set to host the annual Armed Forces Day when MK Dons take on Cambridge United over the Remembrance Weekend.
On Saturday 13th November the club and stadium will pay tribute to the armed forces and the sacrifices made by so many to protect our county.
Armed Forces Day will see various themed activities taking place throughout the day, including a half-time parade featuring local military personnel. What’s more the MKFM Pre-Match Show will take on an armed-forces theme at pitchside an hour before the 3PM kick-off. While there will be relevant activities and entertainment in the Young Dons Zone, from an earlier time of 12:30, too! We can even expect local regiments to ‘kit out’ Stadium MK with military vehicles and much, much more.
Tickets for Armed Forces Day are on sale now and have been discounted for serving members of the Armed Forces as well as veterans, Cadets, Reservists and uniformed organisations such as Cubs, Scouts, Brownies, Beavers, Squirrels and Sea Scouts.
The above-mentioned organisations and groups can purchase a ticket for just £1, with additional guest tickets available at a heavily discounted rate of £10 adults and just £3 over 65’s & under 18’s. As usual at all MK Dons Sky Bet League One fixtures under 12’s go FREE.

Armed Forces Day is expected to feature, but not be limited to, themed activities prior to kick off including the MKFM Pre-Match show, military themed activities and entertainment in the Young Dons Zone from 12:30pm, military vehicles on display outside Stadium MK, Guard of Honour as the teams take to the pitch, a minutes silence to remember those who gave their lives serving the country lead by the Royal British Legion plus a Half-Time parade around the pitch with local armed-forces personnel.
MK Dons will also be supporting the Veteran’s Community Network with a bucket collection and, of course, the Royal British Legion will lead a minute’s silence prior to kick-off to allow everyone inside Stadium MK the opportunity to remember those who have given their lives while serving their country.
Armed Forces Prices
The following people are eligible to purchase a ticket to this fixture for just £1. Tickets will be allocated in a designated block in a standard area of the ground: Serving members of the Armed Forces, Veterans, Cadets, Reservists and uniformed organisations such as Cubs, Scouts, Brownies, Beavers, Squirrels and Sea Scouts.
Those applying for discounted tickets will be required to wear uniform on the day of the game or provide the following ID:
- Cadet ISD document
- MOD90 ID card
- Veteran’s lapel pin, or Veterans ID card
Additional guest tickets can be purchased at the following discounted rate:
- Adult: £10
- Over-65s: £3
- Under 18s: £3
- Under 12s: FREE*
- *Under 12s go FREE when accompanied by a paying adult. A maximum of three under 12s per paying adult.
