Stadium MK and MK Dons have launched a new initiative for fans attending upcoming football matches.
As the effort to vaccinate our local population increases, the vaccination centre, at the home of MK Dons, has since ensured that residents have as many opportunities as possible to get their vaccination by increasing the number of available appointments in our area.
This has included a new initiative at the Stadium MK vaccination centre which allows fans, with a football ticket, to get their first, second or booster vaccine before or during any MK Dons fixture, in the battle against COVID-19 in the wider Milton Keynes area.
MK Dons fans can get their COVID-19 vaccine Pre-Match & Post-Match. The centre will also be open for the duration of fixtures, meaning members of the community can get vaccinated as they wish throughout the 90 minutes and at half time with a valid match ticket.
MK Dons Director, John Cove, spoke on the importance of the vaccination roll out in our community earlier this month “As a Football Club at the heart of Milton Keynes, nothing could be more of a community lead than enabling people in the local area to get their vaccines.”
He continued “We want to give everyone the opportunity to get vaccinated… we want fans to come down and get the vaccination before they watch the football"
If you’re coming to Stadium MK to watch MK Dons vs AFC Wimbledon, come down early and help us in the fight against the virus.
