When you’re exhibiting you want to know you’re going to make the most of your time on the stand, so you don't want to be worrying about things like how you're going to get back to your hotel, or whether you'll have to go far to get something to eat. When you’re exhibiting at Stadium MK we have you covered for all of this and more, so you can focus on the important things.
We’ve got complimentary WiFi all around the Stadium, so you’ll never be completely off the grid, you’ll get these details when you arrive for your event. If you need something a bit more high speed or additional power for your stand then we’ll be able to sort that out. The organiser of your exhibition will be able to let you know how you can book this.
A lot of time and effort has gone into this; getting everything ready; setting up the stand; don’t let it all be undone at the last minute by a rumbling stomach. Around Stadium MK there are a number of outlets to make sure you’re fully fuelled, and focussed on the real reason you’re there. Check out our guide to all our nearby restaurant & bars.
If you’re on the stand for a couple days the last thing you want is to start by flagging by lunchtime on day two. Thanks to our on-site 304 bedroom DoubleTree by Hilton you can be sure of a great night’s sleep, without having to travel. So you can relax after a long day on the stand, then just get up and stroll downstairs feeling refreshed and ready to go for the next one.
Every exhibition is different, so when it comes to parking you’ll need to keep an eye out for specific instructions from the organiser of the exhibition you’re attending. We’ve got 1,450 spaces around the stadium, so there shouldn’t be a problem getting you a space, it may be that a special area has been allocated.
When you can get into the stadium will depend on what has been arranged by the exhibition organiser and our on-site team. The organiser will issue you with the information on when you can access the venue. It’s worth noting that on some set-up days you may need to wear a high-visibility jacket, so it’s always worth bringing a couple if you’ve got them.
If you need to hire any equipment or want to bring in event production specialists to make sure your stand is the talk of the show, then we can recommend IPS, they’re a local (literally just over the road) and they know our venue as well as we do. They’ve got a huge range of products, and years of experience in the events industry, check out ips.co.uk for more info.
